Managing Director
Alex's background is in computational archaeology, primarily on applications of predictive modelling and machine learning within the field. For the last 6 years he has worked as a geospatial software developer, data scientist and Head of Technology for successful SMEs and start-ups.
At GeoTech, Alex spends most of his time making geospatial technology accessible to businesses and the public sector.
Director of Operations
Jess is why GeoTech runs smoothly and makes sure that our products and services solve business problems in the best possible way. Jess' background is in project/operations management and business analysis, spending her time between running the business and analysing client's software for improvements.
Director
Duncan’s background is in GIS and remote sensing, particularly in the research, development, and automation of complex processes and analyses. Prior to GeoTech, he was geospatial lead at an insurtech start-up, having started three and a half years prior as an analyst, where he owned the development of data pipelines and the geospatial offering of the company. Before this, he was a research assistant at a University of Southampton-based geospatial research institute.

With a solid background in computer science, Jake made his mark as a data scientist at an insurtech start-up. Mastering the art of turning complex geospatial and remotely sensed data into smart, efficient pipelines. Jake’s knack for blending cutting-edge tech with real-world applications plays a pivotal role, enhancing the value and impact of our solutions.
